Any success I've had is because I've listened to people

混混愕愕又过了一天，头疼的厉害，眼睛也非常疲倦。这台TCL的显示器原来还挺好用的，自从搬到三楼来就不行了，附近的IT服务器辐射太严重，CRT的显示器抖的太厉害，同事们用的notebook还好，我想找办公室的同事换台LCD了。

下午没什么事，所以看Advertising Age Daily。有一段Donald Knauss的访谈录很有意义，摘录如下：
1、关于Teamwork，他的观点是：Any success I've had is because I've listened to people. Any leader who creates an environment where people can debate and discuss, you're going to get better results. It's about the team. It's not about me.
2、关于Agency，他的观点是：my philosophy at agencies is that the people you work with over a long period of time are those who deliver great results. I'm not for the flavor-of-the-month club. I like to have long-standing relationships.



算是有点收获，下班了。还是头疼。
